I just spoke to Skhile Khumalo Who firstly was of no help, secondly advised me that supersonic dropped their rates in a 50mb line and they don’t have to inform me of this because it’s at the company discretion, if someone does not call me back today I am going to advertise this for the whole world to see because you guys are *********, my issues are still not resolved and you guys are still robbing me , Someone better call me on *** because I am ****ed of , I spend R100 airtime a day talking to uneducated people who don’t understand their own product and always have to escalate my query !!!!!!
