Wrongly debited and not able to make contact.

Last had contact with them in Feb 2022 when I cancelled my month to month contract, now in August 2024 they debit my account for almost R5k. I cannot get through to them on the phone and they don't answer emails. Luckily the bank reversed the debit order and blocked them, but what a hassle especially as you cannot contact them.
