WRONG ORDER /DELAYS/SLOW CRM

I recently subscribed to the Supersonic 5G package, but my experience has been quite disappointing so far. My brother and I placed our order at the beginning of the month. It took about five days for the order to be processed. The delivery, managed by their RAM delivery service, was scheduled for the following Monday. Unfortunately, due to an incorrect address on their part, the delivery was delayed by an additional two days, arriving on Thursday.To add to the frustration, Supersonic sent me the wrong equipment. Instead of the 5G router and SIM cards that I ordered and paid for, I received a 4G router and SIM cards. I am currently trying to resolve this issue, but I have been waiting for a response on WhatsApp for a considerable amount of time without any success.
