Would Rate 0 Stars if Possible

I ordered fibre wifi from Supersonic and received the router without any hassle, which was the only positive experience I’ve had. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received any updates about the installation.

I’ve called their customer service multiple times, but the line is never available—and I really mean never. I’ve also messaged their WhatsApp line more than 100 times, only to receive the same automated reply: "Thank you for reaching out. Our WhatsApp line is currently under maintenance and will be back shortly. For assistance, please contact us at ***."

This is frustrating beyond words. Now I have a router sitting at home with no internet connection, no communication, and no clear timeline for installation. This company is incredibly unresponsive, and I wouldn’t recommend them at all. It honestly feels like a **** at this point.

Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reliable provider.
