Worst worst worst customer service ever!!!

This is the absolute worst customer service I have received or let me rather say there is no customer service at all.

I have been trying to get payments I have made allocated to my account, but to date no assistance.

I have paid them three times now and the payments are not being allocated to my account. They actually owe me money now!

Eveything is a battle with them and nothing gets done on time. This is the third incident I have had with them and after numerous phone calls and wasted airtime they eventually do something on their own time, but when it comes to the terms and conditions you as the customer has to do everything by the book and they do what ever they want.

I am really fed up with Super Sonic. If I can give any advise please go with another company please and save yourself the headache!
