Worst Wi-Fi provider EVER!

It has been well over 3 months where I have made payment totaling nearly R3 000.00 to supersonic but they are not updating my monthly invoice/statement. Furthermore I have complained on numerous occasions telephonically about the decline in connectivity since December 2020. I was promised that a technician will be sent to my house to inspect the situation given that the telephonic testing did not work. Today is 15 May 2021, still have not heard back for supersonic either on email or telephonically.
