Worst supplier at communication and urgency! Including the "owner"

After writing a review on Google Review, quickly the so called "owner" Daniel Kruger replies, that I need to drop him a mail to explain my situation. After doing that I got a response from the Accounts department confirming that I should receive my refund that day or the next. Its now 3 days later and still hang on calls to speak to some kind of superior. It's like no one gives a ****! Don't even contact them for a quote! The after service is absolute the worst in this world!
