Worst speeds ever
Please cancel my service and refund me. I have had the same speed problem with my line and a have long list of chats and speedtest results. Yet you refuse to cancel my service and allow me to go to another ISP. I get 1.5mbps down and 9mbps up with a ping of 150ms. The guys have no clue how to fix it and refuse to cancel and refund. They rather say that it will cancel after 28days. Ja if its working yes. Since installation its not working. in the morning the speeds are perfect when im about to leave for work. but when I get home i'm back to the **** service.

18 Nov 2019, 22:41Installation was done 12th November (Mitchells Fibre). Worst speeds ever. All I want is for my service to be cancelled with immediate effect and my money refunded. Don't message me to ask me questions or call me with questions. You have all my information and Ive sent you all the proof that you need. JUST CANCEL MY SERVICE! AND IM NOT PREPARED TO WAIT.
