Worst service, stay clear of this company

Worst service ever. Have had no internet connection for 3 weeks. Keep contacting Supersonic support with nothing being done. Just getting feedback of a ticket being logged with the network company and that I will get feedback. Ive never gotten feedback and when I contwct them again to follow up they just closed the ticket and said it has been resolved but nothing had been done by them.
