Worst Service- Stay away

I regret taking the product up. I should have read the reviews first. I am stuck with an LTE router that has no internet connection since yesterday, whenever I call I am on hold for over 45minutes, no way to reach them in any of their contact channels. They have not credited my sim card yet I paid upfront Please supersonic fix this or give me my money back. you are quick to make a sale and horrible at customer service
