Worst service provider - supersonic

Supersonic is a ****. It seems like an imaginary company that from the outside looks legitimate but don’t try contact any human because apparently this company has become somewhat ‘human less’. Our internet has been down now for over 2 days and there is absolutely no way to get hold of anyone. When calling you sit and wait listening to how busy they are with high call volumes but Allas you will never reach anyone. When using the WhatsApp helpline again you get automated with responses that again have no end in sight. I got a message back at 21:45 last night saying that it was fixed however what I find strange is that my number is not linked with my account and as such there is no way of them knowing which client I was. That just shows that they sending responses to keep you ‘in the loop for a while’ but still nothing was done or fixed. We were with Nephic before and they were great, whenever you had an issue and called, the phone barely rang and someone was able to assist you. They would keep you up to date with progress of the issue and in no time would be fixed. Supersonic should rather close their doors.
