WORST SERVICE PROVIDER! No response or internet connection from supersonic

Highly IRRITATED WITH SUPERSONIC!

the service from Supersonic is horrible, they are quick to get in contact with you if you'd like to sign up but once they have all your details they couldn't care less about you as a client.

Our router was installed on the 3rd of January 2020 and we haven't had any internet access since!

Try calling their offices, hold about 30min to 1hour each time just for someone to answer and they keep on giving you the same excuse instead of sorting out the problem. The people on the whatsapp line are just as useless as the take 6 to 7 hours to even reply and then its not even something of help or they just don't reply ever.

Here we are the 13th of January and we STILL DON'T HAVE INTERNET connected to our property. They keep saying that someone will contact us or they will send it to the manager, so either the manager is completely useless or no one at supersonic knows how to do their job correctly.

ITS NOT THAT HARD TO HELP A CLIENT AND TO GET THE INTERNET CONNECTED!
