WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN SA!!

Why do they even have a star? This is the worst servuce provider by far. Our account, according to them, is behind for the third time in one yeat now. Each time we proof that our payments are up to date and then three months later the same thing gapoens again. I've been at home without wifi for the past 3 days now and today nobody will help me because it is a public holiday. So I'm paying for a service I'm nor receiving. Besides that I sent emails to Vimbai, Ndumiso and Supersonic accounts on Monday and I still haven't received any feedback 3 days later. Their customer servuce is a disgrace and I don't see the value of any of these individuals as they are merely out in place to spin some kind of false story to keep you calm until the billing department decides to do their job. I really suggest that you go without wifi begore starting an account with Supersonic. This company is a total disgrace.
