just now NEW If you thinking of signing up with supersonic,DONT!!!!!! They promise you the world but can't deliver. I am now without inter/wifi connection for the last six days going on seven. Not once has management make an attempt to call me but when I was signing up they call me on the hour every hour until I signed up. I was with rain so I moved and my contract came to an end, I regret changing over to supersonic. They are the worst ever service provider I ever came across. They take your money on time every month not a minute late but don't provide you with any kind of after market service. They keep passing the blame over to openserve but openserve was here at my place and they said the fault lays by openserve. They they still send me a message stating they will deduct my monthly fee. After I tried asking them to sort out my problem. They now don't even answer my calls. They really have no care as long as they take your money but going to report them to the armbitsman cause they dishonest and getting away with it
