Worst service provider ever!!!!!!

I'm failing to understand what it is that every month end we dealing with the same things... I'm paying but you switch off my wifi.. I've made an arrangement because the company suddenly found extras that I need to pay but im paying almost 1000 per month to finish the outstanding and the normal amount...

What is my balance so I can have another service provider because this is complete utter nonsense. People are dying, people need food but now we must worry about networks which we are paying for I could have given the money to someone in need that will make good use to it.

Is this really the platform I should visit everytime?

My account is suspended again yet payment is made.
