WORST SERVICE - NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTATED AT ALL

Every time I think that I have made some headway with them there is an even bigger issue. When you request assistance all you get are the bot replies on WhatsApp. On-call it's always unusually high call volumes. By the time you get through to them your airtime is done because you were on hold waiting to get through for 20+ minutes minimum.
