Worst service in the world !

Supersonic is the most useless network i have ever seen 0.2mbps download 0.1mbps upload This has been going on for weeks now When you call they tell you to either reset or restart Then they change towers then they tell you everything is going to be fine again in about 10 to 15 min it never gets better when you call again they just give you the same steps to follow reset or restart or they say the towers is off. When you leave reviews of supersonic useless service someone will comment that he is so sorry blah blah blah and he will look into the problem but nothing happens you will still pay the full amount for this ******* useless service hell i even know of someone who has canceled there service with supersonic more then 2 years ago and out of the blue they try to debit his account. Please people stay as far away from supersonic as you can you will pay for service that doesnt exist and when you are done with them they will still try to take money from your account without your consent. Supersonic please close down you cant provide the services your clients pay for with hard earned money they work for. Your staff is useless and for that very reason you will always get negative reviews Thanx for nothing
