Worst service i have ever had !

Ridiculous service to say the least ! First when i apply they say there is fibre (i know there is because there is a fibre box in the apartment) after a week they call back and say they don’t find the address on the system and that there is no fibre. After almost 2 weeks they finally find the address and do installation. Now 26 days later the Project Coordinator never activated my account so there is no internet and they have no direct line to these Coordinators. This is a very useless company indeed, which is very sad because i have been with them before and they were great then but they suck now !!
