Worst service from internet service provider

This is the worst service from an internet service provider I have ever had, waiting two weeks for answers on our order, getting invoiced for internet you are not using. What the hell????????.Customer care useless, keep putting you on hold and wasting airtime. Keep getting the excuse that RAM courier ran out of stock on routers. Fast to take your money but slow to provide.
