Worst service ever to cancel their wifi package.

Worst service ever from Supersonic wifi, send them a cancellation email on the 11th of July to cancel my one package with them, after they said i must give written one month notice. They send a reply email stating that they have received my notice and a consultant will contact me to cancel my package and discuss cancellation fee. End of July, they debit ordered the whole package subscription, I phoned them and asked about the cancellation and they said they logged a complain with the dept and will contact me soon. Its the 16th of August already and no one has phoned me. They were supposed to stop my subscription on the 11th already, due to being a month since notice, and its still active. I send them a message now again, an all they said was that i should send an one month notice to their cancellation dept, after i told them i already did that more than a month ago, now they just ignore me and dont answer me back again. Im not going to pay another month again this month end, cause now I must pay 2 wifi deals.
