Worst service ever

Useless support, if you ever thought you've seen the worst wait till you deal with supersonic, the word customer service does not exist in this company. Spend 5 hours trying to get my modem to work with no luck, everybody promise you they will call back, don't believe it, it's only a reason to end the call. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy they are a bad joke gone wrong !!!!
