Worst service ever. Don't use Supersonic.

Supersonic is refusing to release the fibre line to frogfoot.

I have camcelled and even confirmed 3 times with their agents and they still refuse to release the line.

Again they give you bad service. When you cancel they refuse to release the fibre line so you can move to better service providers.

I cancelled on the 25th of March. Sent a follow up email with reference and attached the previous email.

They still debited my account in April and cancelled the service, but they won't release the line so i can move to another isp.

Being held hostage and forced to use a service you don't want 👎🏽

When you call their call center to get a new service you wait than a minute.

When u want to cancel they give you the run around.
