Worst service ever

Supersonic Internet is the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. there is absolutely nothing fast or reliable about this internet. Connections drop constantly, speeds crawl at random, and the service fails at even the most basic tasks.

Customer service is a disaster. Support is either unreachable or completely useless when you finally get through. Representatives clearly don’t care, offer generic excuses, and never actually fix anything. You’re left chasing the same problem over and over while they waste your time and patience.
