Worst service ever, billed incorrectly

Supersonic sucks , this guy Katleko guy who’s handling supersonic whatsapp account, he’s dumb,unprofessional,untrained and rude, he didn’t even want to give me his name and details but instead he said “That's not relevant.” and telling me my service will be blocked but ignoring the fact that I have been billed incorrectly, I had worst service ever I need my account to be fixed urgently
