Worst service EVER!

I've been with them barely a week and have had nothing but bad experiences. It took DAYS just to get through to them to activate my router because half the time WhatsApp didn't get any response. The only email addresses they give are unattended mailboxes, and their call center keeps you on hold forever. Three days in and my router decides to lock itself out the blue, I finally get through and they don't even have my right address. Still sitting with a locked router though even after that and can't muster the energy to phone again. Do yourself a favor and stay away
