Worst service ever

Worst internet service provider ever! Couldn’t get my home LTE to connect since November 2022, had to cancel the service which was only done April 2023 and by then it was not even connected/used but the debits continued whilst in the back and forth process of canceling the service , credit notes which were due to me were carried out but the billing manager by the name Hilda Fourie rejected them even after emails with the amounts were sent, saying no credit is due to me even after 3/4 months of being charged, making it seem like the reason their service is not working is my fault.
