Worst Service Ever

Supersonic's customer service is, without exaggeration, the worst I've encountered. I signed up for a contract in early December, and I'm still waiting for the promised installation. Not only have they failed to provide any service, but they've also overcharged me. For months, I've been told they'll 'get back to me,' but they never do. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
