Worst Service Ever

I signed up with Supersonic Fibre in May, and till today have not received anything from them. No router, no sim, nothing. However my payment was taken without any problems. But now I can't get help from anyone there. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone, holding on for someone to assist, but to no avail. I have even sent complaints on their website but it's absolutely useless, there's no response. If I cancel, I'll not get reimbursed. Of that I'm absolutely sure, because Supersonic is a *****ulent company coning unsuspecting people of their hard earned money. It's the worst service I've ever received and being backed by MTN doesn't help, because MTN has there own way of *****ing from customers.
