Worst service EVER

We have one of your Air fibre lines and it is not working since the installation. It was installed the Monday and we reported it a day after it was installed it has been 13days and not one has come to fix the line. I am sending and calling you daily and get promised a tech will come and fix the issue but no one has pitched.
