Worst service ever!

Worst service provider, such a struggle to have your service cancelled and money refunded. How many people do you have to chat to for them to give you the proper service and assistance? I'm upset with myself for even giving them a chance. I just want my.order cancelled and my money refunded so I can move on. Why is this such a mission? At this rate I feel like they actually don't have a proper service in place to do these requests and end up just winging. Please cancel my service and refund my money because you lr company is just full of lies!!!
