Worst service ever!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service delivery. Numerous issues, the internet is constantly down. Put on hold for over 30 waiting for a technician to answer, which is a waste as nobody ever knows when the issue will be resolved!!!!! I cannot wait for my contract with them to end so I may change over to a competent service provider!!!!
