Worst service ever

I am so tired of hearing sombody will call me back. Nobody ever does. I joined in April 2021. From day 1 I experienced extremly slow speeds. We complained almost daily. We sent email and speed tests as requested but nothing happen. Beggining of May we had no service i was told sombody will contact me to repair. Nobody ever did. I cancelled my service on the 6th or 7th May and turned of their router. I havent used their service since. Besides i didnt have service when i cancelled. Nobody ever called to repair as promised. Now supersonic it holding my line and i cant get another service provider because they wont release line. I called numerous times. Worst service ever
