Worst service ever

Asked for a list of packages available, chose one and went through the process, then cancelled my current fibre based on this information and confirmation only to find out that the package that they had supp**** me with is not available... SERIOUSLY, after I cancelled everything to go with what I wanted to be told sorry for the inconvenience, please give me a break. Your service is TERRIBLE, I will never ever consider a supersonic connection of any kind ever again. POOR service which you want to sweep under the carpet with a sorry for the inconvenience....
