WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a bunch of useless call centre agents and managers. I have moved addresses, and called a month before to inform them. The consultant didn't log the ticket. I called again when I moved to inform them that I needed to activate my line, and I was told to order another line. Now I'm being charged for my previous and current address, and no one seems to understand why I'm being charged more than R4000. I'm disgusted by their service I've been waiting a whole week for a certain LESIBA who's a Manager to call me, and he still hasn't. YOUR COMPANY IS ****** USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
