Worst Service Ever

Worst Service ever. They take 3-5 days to respond then if you dont answer within 5 minutes they end the chat line. Call centre call just ended saying theres no agents available (and i called during their operating hours). Even opening a ticket with them takes forever. Worst customer service and service in general, they put in an incorrect address for delivery so our delivery was late. Never use supersonic worst ISP
