Worst service ever

Supersoni, is the worst company to even deal. Even since we moved over them (which was not by chose) we have had ends problems. This week is the worst even. We have been having problems from Monday. You call them to find out what’s going on. After holding on for who know how long. All they tell you is they logging a case. Then you speak to a manager, you get told they will sort it out for you ASAP! Then is works for couple of hours. Then goes off again, when you call to speak to the same manager again all of a sudden they not there, or they have left for the day. What’s amazing is that they tell you, no there is a problem with the host Or something of the wifi And it not them. But the company we use to be with we never have so many problems. If you are someone like myself you loses money every time you wifi goes down because you can’t work. Don’t waste your time with them
