Worst service ever

Supersonic doesn’t even deserve 1 star ! Utterly useless !! I paid every single month, logged tickets with proof of payments , tickets were never opened! Suddenly I owe R2056! Try for hours to get hold of them!! Send all my POP’s to the WhatsApp line, agent sends it to account ! They switch me off, take R2056 from my bank account and the technician tells me I am not suspended I should buy a new router! Get the new router and still no internet !!! And now the technicians have gone for the weekend ! I am beyond angry and frustrated and the worst part is that they don’t even care about these terrible ratings !! Worst supplier EVER !! You owe me an explanation and apology
