WORST SERVICE
DO NOT SIGN UP. They will hold your line hostage. You can't get out of their contract. They will block your fibre line so you can't sign up with others. They will charge for "early cancellation" even if you have been with them for over 4 years. They continuously provide really bad service, and suspend your line without warning. They never answer the phones or keep you on hold until your units are gone and then drop the call. DO NOT SIGN UP

30 May 2023, 13:32so in further conversations, it turned out, that Supersonic wanted to charge me for a line installation, even though they knew, that a line was already existing when I moved in. This information should be easily available in their records. So first the line cancellation fee was supposed to finance a router which I never received, then it was for installing a line and laying cables, all of which was never done in connection with my contract. So I am still under the impression that this was an attempt to squeeze money out of clients and held the line hostage for no reason. BTW, the line is still not released and I have not received any compensation.
