WORST SERVICE!!!!

I have been without internet connection for 2 days. No one at Supersonic is willing to help. Their customer service is the worst, after waiting for 30 minutes the support agents (5 different times) all have the same response- 'I'll call you back. And not a single one has called me back." Looking at the reviews I am not the only one who has had a terrible experience with this dreadful company. I strongly advise against this provider!!!! You're better off with any other company.
