Worst service

Absolutely worst service.waiting nearly a month for a new installation.They do not answer calls ...Put you on hold for more than 30 min ..I spent 229 min from my cell phone .. Till today they say they waiting on open serve .. We see open serve vehicles installing in our road ..it seems they are faulsly promoting with open serve cause the special they are running is only with open serve not vuma tel ....this is a way to get u to apply and eventually u will pay a higher package cause they will give u some bull **** story ...they are ****s ..
