Worst of the worst customer service sucks

supersonic is the worst company and the service you receive from the call center is a absolute nightmare, i have spent so much money on calling supersonic to not being assisted, I've had no connection for days because someone decided to deactivate my my sim without my knowledge or explanation rather. A call was escalated yesterday I got connected for a few hours we are back to square one and I was advised to be contacted but Lord knows who will give me a call - The consultants are clueless they cannot assist or rather give advice the customer service is very bad I was on a call for almost 60 minutes and the outcome was zero. I need their subscription canceled it serves me no purpose because I must spend money to sit at restaurants to do my work yet paying R599 for no service. This has by far been the worst I have ever have ever come across ?
