Worst nightmare - avoid !!!

When I had the service it was poor - so cancelled via online ( WhatsApp) and emails to their accounts department and customer services. Received emails “opening a query” followed by ticket closed Despite sending copies of emails I have been billed monthly and still ( one year!! )receiving emails that service which doesn’t exist will be suspended. I sent another email begging for this to be done A TOTAL nightmare. I changed service providers 12 months ago ( webafrica ) and CANNOT complain/compare. Would rate minus stars -
