Worst network in the world Supersonic.

Supersonic is worst network service in the world. On the 07.06.21 I received the route and the sim and on the 08.06.21 it's was activated but the speed was very low. So I called supersonic and was advised the there is not coverage in my area and had to send a cancelation mail which I did but now I was told by a customer care agent that I will not receive a refund of my R 1000 can I did use some of the data and it does not matter if the speed was very low and I was told that there is not coverage they don't give the R 1000 back which I think that is ****************. They are *****s and I want my money back. The company should be closed as they are mainly operating on the upfront payment of the R 1000 for people and that is why they said u can't get it back. Please people don't ever go with supersonic.
