Worst migration process ever
Existing Fixed LTE user of supersonic...migrated over to Octotel Fibre with supersonic...no order ref...had to follow up myself as i got no email to state when will install taking place just an sms saying order being processed..they installed today had to inform supersonic the job done....when verifying where the router they advised to wait another week....worst migration process ever.

06 May 2022, 15:47Your Fixed LTE service was perfect never had an issue with it so i decided to stick with you for the fibre...but these few days has not been the best...was miss informed the router would be installed after installation even the installer was surprised there was no router and supersonic could only say sorry....similar to what you did in your reply...all i want to know now is when im i getting my router an that my billing will be right month end that i will only be billed for one service..hopefully i will experience same level of service once my issue resolved.

Your Fixed LTE service was perfect never had an issue with it so i decided to stick with you for the fibre...but these few days has not been the best...was miss informed the router would be installed after installation even the installer was surprised there was no router and supersonic could only say sorry....similar to what you did in your reply...all i want to know now is when im i getting my router an that my billing will be right month end that i will only be billed for one service..hopefully i will experience same level of service once my issue resolved.
