Worst ISP supersonic

I have been without internet for a week now. I called Supersonic call center and now one is answering the phone. Logged a ticket via the website and no response. Tried their whatsapp number it just send back an automatic response saying I must call the customer care. Their the worst Internet Service Provider ever. Do not join or subscribe to them
