Worst ISP provider,stay away from Supersonic

I was given the option to pick from 1 star but to be honest you deserve no stars at all. Supersonic has got to be the WORST ISP provider of all. We haven't had internet access since Christmas day,it's now the 2nd Jan. After several call,whatsapp messages and emails,Noone has got back to us. We seem to have been forgotten even though we're full paying customers. When we call they blame Vumatel and promise to escalate with Vumatel. We asked for a ticket number to follow up with Vumatel and they said Bumatel doesn't deal with customers directly, we should call Supersonic for any follow up... Its6so frustrating, we're shopping for new ISP providers now. We're tires of your pathetic service
