Worst ISP in South Africa. Terrible service and support.
This is the most useless ISP in the country. I’ve had slow speeds for 3 months and when trying to contact support nobody answers the phone. Eventually getting through I decided to cancel the service. They then cancelled my Internet 3 weeks earlier than the date stated. After a week of calling and support tickets , it still hasn’t been restored. Useless!
