Worst ISP in South Africa!

Worst internet provider in the company by far. I tried to cancel my account with a month and half notice, confirmation was received and they then tried to sell me on fibre. I refused as I had to confirm my new house address first. They promptly then billed me again in the month they were supposed to cancel. When I complained, they claimed I'd expressed interest in fibre, utter lie. I then requested that they change the internet to new address for the month of January since I've already paid for it now and then cancel it end of January again, this was agreed to telephonically. They've now suspended my account as of yesterday for "non-payment" even though their statement and my bank statements show I have paid. Zero response since.
