Worst ISP experience ever.
Worst ISP ever, in my experience. Internet keeps dropping, like every 30 seconds. When I phone tech support they tell me that speeds can't be guaranteed. I understand that the speed fluctuates but what I can't accept is the fact that it keeps on dropping, then I have to log out of all my programs and try and reconnect again. This makes it impossible to do any work from home. I've contacted tech support in the excess of 4 times last week and even got reference numbers for my calls. When I phoned them this morning to enquire about the issue that was logged they advised me that the system was updated and that my issue was resolved which is total bull****! No one ever contacted me regarding my issue so how in the hell is it resolved??? Needless to say the problem persists. I've even wrote a letter to costumer care without receiving any kind of acknowledgement or response. And I don't expect any response or joy from this bunch. This review only serves as a warning to any people looking for a reliable ISP, please keep looking because I doubt you can do any worse than Supersonic. Save yourself allot of frustration.

Could you please Factory reset the LTE device? (there is a small hole at the back of the unit, you will need a paperclip or pin to reset the unit. Please press and hold the button for 10 seconds.)
This will reset the APN setting and the WI-FI password back to default.

Username: admin
password: a1b2c3d4e5 or the WIFI password
Then go the Settings> Dial-Up > Profile Management. The settings should be as below
Profile name: supersonic ( all letters should be lower case)
The username and password should be blank
APN: ws.supersonic.fwa (all letters should be lower case).
