Worst ISP experience

3 Weeks we are battling to get our slow internet speed fixed, Ryan assured us it will be fixed, he told us he will personally be involved this matter, if you don't email him or supersonic they will not let you know what is going on. 3 weeks, they do not give us service, not adhering to their contract, not following through with their side of the agreement, stay away from supersonic fiber, they are the worst ISP in South-Africa
